Hubei Huanfu Plastic Products Co., Ltd. has been a joint venture with Canada Universal Progress Plastic Mfy Co., Ltd. since June of 1994. With a high speed, our factory has developed 5 lines of fully automatic cast extruders for CPE film with an annual production of more than 3,000 tons, 4 lines of spunbonded non-woven production lines with production capacity of 9,000 tons per year and also more than 1,500 sets of different medium and high speed sewing machines.
Our factory has the capital asset of over 80 million RMB and over 1,500 employees. We have 3 branch offices and 6 factories. All of our staff members have good quality system training by an excellent management. We have been approved by SGS (the UK), FDA, ISO9001:2000, ISO13485:2003, ISO13488:1996, and DIRECTIVE 89/686/EEC ARTICLE 11B certification. In recent years, we have become more competitive by self-supplying some parts and enforcing ERP management mode and fully practicing intelligentized computer management. Our company persists in the principle of "orienting market demands, satisfying customers' needs and pursuing innovation". Our main products consist of spunbonded non-woven, SMS, micro porous, CPE, PE and PE coated material products. We have more than 200 kinds of products including different kinds of coats, coveralls, exposure suits, gowns, caps, face masks, dust masks, paper face masks, shoe covers, boot covers, sleeve covers, mattress covers, bedspreads, car covers, tablecloths and gloves. Our disposable products are widely used in industry, agriculture, hospital and home. We have the rights of exportation and our main markets are North America, Europe, Japan, Taiwan Area, Korea, Hong Kong and the Asia-Pacific region.
